Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, nanotech, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups and patent landscapes
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Manage $5M annual innovation fund allocation
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with PhD preferred
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or venture capital
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains: quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global partnerships
- Security clearance eligibility (DOD/NSA preferred)
