- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and executive teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access breakthrough research
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
- Drive internal innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
