Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and integrate emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing and scaling emerging technology solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy)
- Published thought leadership in future technologies
