Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, Web3) for commercial viability
- Present compelling technology narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5+ technologists and researchers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (3+ major projects)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI analysis of tech investments
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
