- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget allocation across future-tech incubation projects
- Present foresight analyses to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and international R&D partnerships
