Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR) with strategic relevance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future tech initiatives
- Analyze market disruption vectors and competitive tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pilots with measurable ROI frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (portfolio/portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, CSPO) or advanced degree in relevant field
