Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum/AI/AR) for market viability
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through stakeholder alignment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Oversee IP portfolio development and patent strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Security clearance for federal tech contracts preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
