Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic technology recommendations
- Manage R&D budget allocation and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record launching technology products generating $50M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred
