Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Anticipate technological disruptions and prepare adaptive frameworks for organizational resilience
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and future scenario planning sessions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market analysis and trend forecasting
- Strong executive communication abilities with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CSTE) preferred
