Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/blockchain)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFIP preferred)

- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
