- Present tech vision to C-suite and external stakeholders including NASA and MIT
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor junior engineers in ethical tech implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and decentralized systems
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global innovation labs
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Certified in AI Ethics and Sustainable Technology Governance
- Ability to secure SBIR grants and navigate federal tech procurement
