- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations and product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Present technology forecasts and implementation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes impacting future deployment
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons, R&D sprints, and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- MBA/MS in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
