Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of future initiatives
- Partner with legal and ethics teams to ensure responsible innovation frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with transparent ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
