Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or green tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
