Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI ethics (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record scaling R&D projects from concept to market
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience with budget management for $5M+ projects
- Deep knowledge of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or biotech convergence
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
