Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- 5+ years leading complex tech projects with global impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish a plus
