- Present strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders
- Build partnerships with quantum computing startups
- Author whitepapers on tech ethics frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with tech ethics governance frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech investments
