- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5+ year commercial horizons
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in leading cross-continental innovation projects
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate-tech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2024)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and system architecture
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
