Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neural Engineering with 8+ years
- Published 5+ papers in Nature/Science on emergent tech
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized networks
- Experience securing DARPA/NASA grants >$20M
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
