Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across 5 verticals
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer next-gen protocols
- Architect scalable systems for trillion-device IoT ecosystems
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D or product innovation
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural networks, or blockchain
- Proven track record of shipping transformative tech products
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex environments
