Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ patents filed
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $10M+ ARR
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for frontier tech
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
