- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Secure patents for breakthrough technological solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFP)
- Experience with federal tech grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
