Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (neural interfaces, climate AI, etc.)
- Partner with Fortune 100 clients to implement future-ready infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and corporate partnerships
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and global tech summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate modeling
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate venture funding
- Fluency in future-tech frameworks (Singularity University, Long-term Institute methodologies)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies deployed at enterprise scale
