Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology frameworks for 2026 deployment, focusing on quantum-resistant security and AI-human collaboration systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology interfaces
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into business transformation plans
- Establish ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and AI decision-making frameworks
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years in technology architecture with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals, distributed ledger technologies, and neural network optimization
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Demonstrated success in leading technical teams through multiple product lifecycle phases
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
