Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biohybrid systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on future-tech research initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech products
- Deep expertise in AI governance, quantum algorithms, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or Technology Innovation Management
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
