Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, autonomous systems)

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market convergence points
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with business objectives
- Represent company at global tech summits and standards-setting forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience interfacing with C-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Patent portfolio with 10+ granted innovations preferred
