Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI autonomy
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable energy systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AR/VR, blockchain, bioinformatics) for commercial viability
- Secure $2M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor partnerships
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 technology standards initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Published research in quantum computing or machine learning (NeurIPS/ICML preferred)
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience presenting to federal innovation councils (DARPA, NSF)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
