Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness for emerging innovations
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) with commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation processes
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
