- Manage innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before they enter mainstream adoption

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and strategic planning software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
