Responsibilities

- Develop future-proof roadmaps aligning technology investments with business objectives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, product, and executive teams
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption and adoption strategies
- Manage pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI analysis
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
