Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a dedicated future technology research team
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
