- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management highly desirable
