Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month commercialization horizons
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-resistant security systems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for co-development of frontier technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects to cultivate innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with 3+ year commercialization cycles
- Expertise in scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (IEEE, Nature Technology) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
