Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic credentials
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding and managing R&D budgets
