Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) and assess business viability
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build financial models for R&D investments and technology adoption scenarios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Manage portfolio of prototype projects with agile development methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Exceptional financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
