Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-focused innovations into development lifecycles
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption success and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and academic partnerships

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical frameworks for technology adoption forecasting
- Experience building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
