Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-driven scenario modeling
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, Web3, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Foresight
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding for R&D
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
