Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term technological ROI
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy journals
