Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR) for commercial application
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching next-gen products
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruptions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market cycles
- Drive sustainability and ethical tech integration in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
