- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups

- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 5+ verticals
- Coordinate with global labs in Berlin, Tokyo, and Singapore
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum systems or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
- Portfolio of at least 3 patented technologies
