- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M for moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology's societal impact
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons and incubation programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar innovations
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree from top-tier institution (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international partnerships
