Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Champion responsible innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology teams from 50 to 500+ employees
