Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate market disruptions
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable technology adoption
- Establish KPIs and analytics systems to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite advisory role
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and innovation management
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation
