- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, collaborating with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Present visionary technology proposals to executive leadership and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Manage technology scenario planning for potential disruptions and market shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
