Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition targets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech conferences and industry forums
- Maintain a technology foresight ecosystem through trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures or leading R&D initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or autonomous systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with measurable impact
