Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological disruptions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities at executive level
