- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum algorithms, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ use cases in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Technology Impact Assessment
