Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused R&D investments
- Monitor global tech disruption and competitive intelligence
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and digital transformation
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

- Excellent presentation and executive communication abilities
