Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching tech products with 7-figure+ revenue impact

- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
