Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive innovation opportunities across global tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Track record of successful technology commercialization and scaling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
